Description of the Casa Coex

About a hundred metres from the beach is the stunning apartment, it is on the same level as the garden and you have access from the apartment to the pool and garden terrace.

Bedroom 1 sits at the back of the apartment.
Bedroom 2 faces the garden and has the view of the sea.

Sitting Room has comfortable sofas and armchairs and a dining table and leather chairs.

Entertainment is provided with satellite TV with channels around the world

There is a breakfast bar with stools in the living room and a few metres from the kitchen. The kitchen is traditional and small but complete with an oven, cooker microwave and fridge.

The garden is large and has lots of plants and trees, the terrace has room for sun loungers and other garden furniture. The lawn has been recently laid and a built in barbeque has been built at the end of the garden.

The apartment is in Estepona, a small traditional Spanish town with a marina, and beach location with many restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
